hello. This is Technologytodaynow. The chipset performance of the Galaxy S25 Edge has been revealed, and we will learn more in this post.
Galaxy S25 Edge performance where expectations and concerns coexist

It seemed like a big disappointment because the Galaxy S25 Edge’s battery capacity is only 3900mAh, but with the news that it will be only 5.84mm thick and lighter than the basic model’s 162g weight, excellent portability is expected.
I feel like this has alleviated some of my regret. However, one remaining worry is that the maximum performance may be lower than that of the main models of the Galaxy S25 series. As the thickness became thinner, there were concerns that the cooling system would be weaker than that of the S25 series and that it might be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which would have limited maximum performance. However, there seems to be no need to worry about that anymore.
Galaxy S25 Edge Benchmark Results
Benchmark results of a model believed to be the Galaxy S25 Edge have been leaked from the Geekbench database. The model number SM-S937B is believed to be the Galaxy S25 Edge, and it can be seen that it recorded a single-core score of 2806 points and a multi-core score of 8416 points.
This is lower than the existing Snapdragon 8 Elite. However, this score does not mean much because it was measured for testing purposes. If you look at the cluster item, you can see that it consists of two cores up to 4.47GHz and six cores up to 3.53GHz, and is equipped with the same 8-core Snapdragon 8 Elite as the existing Galaxy S25 series. Additionally, it has been confirmed that it is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, a Galaxy-specific overclocked version with the same maximum clock speed as the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Galaxy S25 Edge battery performance still a concern
Now that concerns that the chipset performance will be lower than that of the main series have been resolved, many questions about the Galaxy S25 Edge are also being resolved. However, there are still concerns about battery life. If you are a user who does not frequently use the telephoto camera in an environment where battery life is not that important, I think the Galaxy S25 Edge, where portability is important, will be more attractive.
