hello. This is Technologytodaynow. In the previous article, we looked at the specifications of the S25 Edge. In relation to this, additional Galaxy S25 Edge specifications have been leaked, so we would like to find out more.
Latest information on Galaxy S25 Edge specifications

As mentioned in the previous post, the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be thinner at 5.84mm, instead of the previously known thickness of 6.4mm. The 6.4mm is the same thickness as the Galaxy S25 base model, and although it was a bit ambiguous to call it a slimmer model, the 5.84mm definitely looks like a slim model-down thickness. There are still a few months left until the release, but as we approach the release, information about the specifications is gradually being revealed. Recently, new information about the hardware specifications of the Galaxy S25 Edge was leaked through the Phone Arena.
Display and Thickness
Speaking of displays first, the display is expected to feature an LTOP OLED panel with scan rates of up to 120Hz and brightness of up to 2,600 nits. This is the same specification as the Galaxy S24 and S25 series, and since the model is included in the S25 series, it is expected to feature a display with improved hanji phenomenon that occurred in the S24 series. In addition, the thickness of the bezel is the same as 1.32mm of the industry-leading S25 Ultra.
Camera Specifications and External Materials
The main camera seems to support a 200-megapixel resolution, and the front camera seems to support a 12-megapixel resolution. Specific information about the sensor is not yet known, so it is unclear whether it will be able to shoot photos of the same quality as the ultra model, but at least the main camera is expected to have the same resolution as the ultra model. The exterior material was an Armour Aluminum Frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victor’s 2.
Equipped with Gorilla Glass Victors 2
Because it is a lighter model and cheaper than the Ultra model, the titanium frame appears to have been omitted. Instead, it is equipped with Gorilla Glass Victors 2, so it is expected to have similar durability to the basic and Plus models. However, unfortunately, the Corning Gorilla Armor used in the Ultra model was not applied, so it appears that there will be no anti-reflective coating. Other than that, it supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB-C 3.2, and as already known, it is equipped with 12GB of RAM, the same as the basic Plus model, and provides the same maximum charging output of 25W as the basic model.
Built-in chipset and battery usage time is key
There was no mention of an AP, but it looks like it will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite. One thing to check is whether the foldable model’s AP is the 7-core Snapdragon 8 Elite, or the 8-core Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is used for regular bar-type smartphones.
And the thing I always emphasize is batteries. As long as the battery life is not a problem, you won’t have to worry too much. Among the recently released smartphones, the iPhone 15 Pro consumes a little less battery, but I don’t think it’s a big problem as it doesn’t interfere with use.
