hello. This is Technologytodaynow. Not long ago, the entire design of the Galaxy S25 series was leaked, and this time, I’d like to share some news about the case and charging speed of the Ultra.
S25 Ultra case design and changes
Photos of the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s actual case have been leaked by IT tipster IceUniverse. The leaked case design of the Galaxy S25 Ultra reveals a few changes compared to its predecessor, the S24 Ultra.
- Camera module relocation: The rear camera module on the S25 Ultra has been relocated near the corner, giving it a sleeker, cleaner design.
- Flat borders: The S25 and S25 Plus models have a new look with flat borders instead of the traditional curved edge design.
- R-value adjustment: The S25 Ultra has a slightly rounder shape compared to the S24 Plus, much like the design of the Z Fold 6.
These design changes are expected to make the Galaxy S25 Ultra feel and look better in the hand.

Galaxy S25 Series Satellite Communication Support and Charging Speeds
Also, in the case of the S25 Ultra, it was previously mentioned that it would support satellite communication for the first time and 45W fast charging for charging. Additionally, the support for satellite communication and the battery charging speed of the S25 and S25 Plus have been confirmed through China’s 3C certification.
- Satellite communications support: It is expected that only the S25 Ultra will support satellite communications capabilities; the base S25 and S25 Plus will not support this feature.
- Fast Charging: The S25 Ultra supports fast charging at 45W, and the S25 Plus was confirmed to be able to charge at the same speed. The S25 basic, on the other hand, can only charge up to 25W.
Changes in cameras and sensors
In the Galaxy S25 series, it looks like the S25 and S25 Plus models will still use the GN3 sensor. We don’t expect to see any major changes as a result of this, only functional improvements that amount to a minor upgrade.
Galaxy S25 Ultra vs. iPhone 16 Pro Max
Size and grip
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be similar in size and grip to the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
- Weight: The S25 Ultra is expected to weigh 219 grams, which is slightly lighter than the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which weighs 227 grams.
- Grip: It is expected to provide a similar experience to the iPhone 16 Pro Max in terms of thickness and grip.
I’m really looking forward to the S25 Ultra, especially since the two are very similar in terms of thickness and weight, but the S25 Ultra is lighter.
