Previously, in this Galaxy S25 series, the basic and plus models will be equipped with the same M13 organic material-based display panel that was installed in the S24 series, and only the S25 ultra will be equipped with the new M14 organic material-based display panel. I quoted Young’s content and relayed it to you.

In this regard, there has been an additional update, and compared to the M13 panel installed in the previous model, the Galaxy S24 series, the M14 will improve 20 to 30 percent in brightness and power efficiency, and compared to the M13 with two colors, the M14 panel will apply deuterium in all three colors, extending the panel’s life by another 10 to 20 percent.

And speaking of camera rings, the S25 Ultra model is unlikely to feature the bold camera ring design first introduced on the Z Fold 6. Rather, it will most likely have a camera design similar to its predecessor, the S24 Ultra, as previously mentioned by IT tipster IceUniverse, and experts believe it could be similar to the rear camera ring design of the recently released Galaxy Tab S10.

S25 base with Dimensity 9400 chipset

Interestingly, the base model of the Galaxy S25 series is mentioned to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chipset. This would be similar to the Galaxy Tab S10 series, which used the Dimensity 9300+ chipset. However, we’ll have to wait and see how this turns out, as last time we saw a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 instead of the expected Exynos 2400 processor.
