We previously told you that IT leakster evleaks had leaked a photo of the rear camera area of the W25 model, which is the China-specific model, and now evleaks has released another new design image of the Galaxy Fold SE that shows the side frames when unfolded. The image is of the W25 model, and while we can’t tell exactly how much thinner it is based on this image alone, we can see that it has a gold frame, and once again confirm that the Fold SE will have flat borders like the Fold 6.

For reference, the Fold SE coming to Korea is expected to be the model pictured in the image that leaked from Android Headlines a while back, and while there’s talk of silver in Korean media, I personally think it’s more likely to be black only.

Upgraded displays with UFG technology

The Fold SE will also feature a new UFG ultra-flexible glass for the internal screen for the first time, according to IT leakster Ice Universe and DSCC CEO Rose Young. Up until the Fold 6, the Fold SE had the Ultra think glass that many of you know, but the first time UFG is used in the Fold SE, it’s said to have greatly improved wrinkle resistance and durability, and UFG is better suited for larger models.

Titanium for added durability

It’s worth noting that the Fold SE will have a titanium frame for the first time, just like the S24 Ultra, so it should definitely be a big improvement over the Fold 6 in terms of durability.
