iPhone SE4 Mockup Revealed
Mockup videos and images presumed to be of the iPhone SE 4 have been shared on Twitter by IT tipster MajinBu. The design of the newly revealed iPhone SE 4 recalls earlier iPhones that featured a home button, and it includes a single camera with just one lens located in the upper left corner. The sides are composed of a matte aluminum body.

One notable point is that a source code image from the recent iOS 18 showed that the iPhone SE 4 might have a Dynamic Island feature. However, the video released by MajinBu appears to show the small notch used since the iPhone 13. There has been some debate regarding this, so confirmation will be necessary after the actual release. Personally, I really like the simple design.

Among the current iPhone colors, if you look at the neck-up made of black and white, white and black, you can notice a neat design that you can’t feel on the current generation of smartphones. With rumors circulating that the iPhone 17 series will be changed to a horizontal camera, the design of this iPhone SE 4 is even more anticipated.

However, for one thing, likes and dislikes can be largely divided. This iPhone SE 4 will feature a 48-megapixel camera in its main camera, making the sensor much larger than the existing 12-megapixel camera in the iPhone SE series. This may make the camera appear more protruding than before.
Previous iPhones with a 48-megapixel camera had a design where the camera bump was raised first, with the lens positioned behind it, making the camera bump less visually prominent.
However, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to have only the lens protruding without a separate camera bump, making the camera section stand out more compared to other iPhones equipped with a 48-megapixel camera. I wonder what others think, but personally, I hope variable zoom lenses become more common soon.
